Support For Turkish Encoding

Please add support for Turkish characters. "Ş, ş, Ğ, ğ, İ, ı" are not supported for now. I have seen also there are demands for application's Turkish interface. You claimed that it would be in the future, and I would like to say that I can volunteer for the translation.
