Fix crash when creating space on N76

I tried to create space, edited the name (name had ' -marks) to my own and then description (two words). After couple of characters, Bobba died suddenly :( No much point to use the system, if I cannot have spaces, so quite critical. (Besides editing of text fields is also quite annoying, the layout is off, and inputting requires nav.key to right to get character to a fields (in space creation, at least).

        There are more bugs on Nokia N73 especially on its Random Allocation Memory (RAM) issue. After several moment, the application become slower and the graphic is like staggering as Bobba increase its space on N73 RAM. This led to some unwanted crash. Another thing is when someone is editing his/her room while I entering it, the next thing that I see is that hundreds of white boxes before the application crash. It also happen when I entered a crowded room, especially the red box room. So, the application need more RAM fixes.
